Mitchel Began acting in 1974, while he was attending advertising art class. Later, he became involved in historical re-enactments. One of Mitch's notable appearances is as the "Chicken Farmer" in Hank Thompson / Junior Brown Video, Gotta Sell Them Chickens, featured on Country Music Television. He also appeared as a "Contorted Driver" in a Pronto Auto Parts commercial, and he has appeared in a number of films and television shows. In theatre, he has portrayed a hayseed farmer, country sheriff and a basketball coach.
